Delivery time

Orders ship from our US fulfillment partner with tracking. Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days after purchase. Delays can happen during holidays or peak seasons.

Order tracking

A tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, reach out to support@thedailyswish.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thedailyswish.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we're happy to help if you catch it quickly.
